ESG Partners is currently hiring for the position of Communications and Operations Manager. This role is well-suited to a high-performing individual who has a strong communications and/or marketing background with demonstrated business acumen. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our growing organization. This will require a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Future Work Environment
This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the President & Founder. You will be working in our Halifax-based office from time to time, with the need to ensure a reliable, dedicated space to work virtually when not in the office. Remote within Canada will be considered if necessary for the successful candidate; however, there is a strong preference for this position to be locally-based. All equipment and necessary office supplies will be provided. We offer a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, and includes a full benefits package and RRSP contribution plan.
