With a career that spans local, regional, and international markets, Nancy supports clients from a diverse range of industries, from start-ups and SMEs to multinational corporations, governments, and regulatory bodies. She works closely with boards of directors, leaders, and their teams to embed ESG into strategy and operations to enhance performance, build resilience, and create long-term impact and competitive advantage.
A Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Nancy combines her governance and financial expertise with a strong foundation in sustainability. Her credentials include executive programs from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and certification in the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) from the IFRS Foundation. Nancy is a Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (FCPA), a distinction that recognizes career achievements, contribution to community, and for bringing honour to the profession.
An active contributor to her community, Nancy serves as a director on the Halifax Chamber of Commerce Board and Chair of the HR & Governance Committee. She also chairs the Advisory Board of the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Women in Business (CWB). Previously, she held board roles with the Institutes of Chartered Accountants for the Caribbean and Asia Pacific regions. Nancy is also a facilitator in the Institute of Corporate Directors’ (ICD) Director Education Program (DEP) where she delivers the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ESG modules.
She has been named one of Canada’s Top 50 Women Over 50, a Canada Clean16 honouree, and recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Business.

Senior Advisor, Climate & Sustainability
Holly is a trusted climate and sustainability advisor with expertise in climate modelling, resilience and adaptation, carbon accounting, ESG strategy, data visualization, GIS, and sustainability performance measurement. She works closely with organizations to translate complex environmental and ESG challenges into practical strategies that drive measurable results.
Drawing on experience across municipal and federal government, natural resources, healthcare, engineering, academia, professional services, and technology sectors, Holly provides strategic guidance to clients navigating evolving sustainability expectations, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder demands. She is recognized for her ability to build strong client relationships, lead multidisciplinary projects, and deliver actionable recommendations that support long-term organizational resilience and performance.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and a Master of Environmental Studies, along with internationally recognized professional certifications in Organizational GHG Accounting, Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting Standards, and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
As a Senior Advisor, Holly leads client engagements and supports organizations in developing GHG inventories, climate and environmental strategies, ESG implementation plans, sustainability reporting frameworks, and data management processes. She also contributes to thought leadership, project delivery excellence, and the advancement of best practices in climate and sustainability across client organizations.

Consultant, ESG Strategy & Reporting
Results-driven, Yutika provides expertise to our clients in ESG reporting and transformation.
Holding dual master's degrees in Finance and Accountancy (Cum Laude), Yutika's experience has been largely developed in Europe where she led ESG reporting and CSRD compliance initiatives through double materiality assessments and gap analyses.
Her experience includes overseeing the implementation of ESG reporting frameworks, focusing on change management, policy formulation, and establishing measurable targets and control frameworks. She has
conducted ESG audits to assess compliance and effectiveness, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
With experience in both ESG assurance and advisory, Yutika brings an audit-informed approach to ESG strategy and reporting, helping clients build credible, compliant, and assurance-ready sustainability disclosures.
She is multilingual in English, Dutch, and Hindi, with basic proficiency in French and German.
Her passion for sustainability is what drives her to leverage her skills to foster sustainable practices while supporting clients in their transformation journeys.

Her approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making, empowering clients to confidently move from insight to action. As President of Visualiiz Management Consulting Inc., she empowers leadership teams to drive long-term value through purpose-led strategy.
