Nancy Foran, FCPA, FCMA, C.Dir.
President & Founder
Nancy brings over 25 years of professional and executive experience to ESG Partners where she provides guidance to companies, investors, boards of directors and leadership teams as they incorporate ESG factors into strategies that create long-term, sustainable value. As a CPA, she effectively integrates ESG targets with financial goals.
With extensive local and international experience, she has worked with start-ups through to multinational organizations, investors, government and regulators, and has navigated regional, national and international complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
In addition to her professional qualifications, Nancy is also educated in the leading sustainability standards and frameworks including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the climate-focused TCFD and is an “FSA Credential Level 2 candidate in ESG” with the IFRS Foundation (formerly the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board - SASB).
Nancy believes strongly in giving back to the communities where she lives and works, sits on local and international boards, and provides mentorship and guidance to new and emerging businesses and their leaders.
Holly Crawford, BES, MES
Climate and Sustainability Consultant
Highly knowledgeable in climate modelling, resilience and adaptation, Holly brings expertise in carbon accounting, ESG strategy, data visualization, GIS, and tracking ESG and sustainability progress against targets.
Holly's sustainability experience ranges from supporting municipal and federal governments to working in engineering, academia, professional services and tech environments where she is adept at building strong relationships with clients.
She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, a Master of Environmental Studies, and several internationally-recognized professional certifications including Organizational GHG Accounting, Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting Standards, and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
Holly supports our clients in developing GHG inventories, environmental strategies, ESG implementation plans, data management processes and more.
Vanessa Noujaim, MBA, BA, BScH
Consultant
In Vanessa's role as a Consultant with ESG Partners, she brings expertise in risk management practices, with a focus on supply chains and regulatory compliance. She is an avid researcher and provides sharp analytical skills in assessing industry trends and developments and their business case applications for our clients. Her past experience in research and market analysis provides her with particular strength in developing, conducting and analyzing stakeholder engagement strategies and resulting feedback.
Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration and a dual science/arts degree with an Honours certificate in biology. This combination of skills and experience leaves her well-suited to meet the unique needs of our clients and help to enhance their performance in an increasingly complex global market.
Vanessa supports our clients in conducting comprehensive jurisdictional and environmental scans across multiple industries, assesses strategic and operational risks and opportunities, and seamlessly blends technical knowledge, sustainability expertise, and business acumen to help guide companies.
Julia Malek, BSc, MBA
Sustainability Analyst
Julia is a Sustainability Analyst with ESG Partners where she supports our team and our clients in applying a sustainable lens to data interpretation. As an experienced consultant, she brings strong research and analytical skills to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
She holds both an MBA and a BSc in Oceanography, Environment, Sustainability and Society. Through this strong educational background, she is able to support our clients, particularly in the oceans sector, as well as in broader ESG priority areas.
Julia conducts comprehensive jurisdictional and environmental scans on client industries, assessing both risks and opportunities to drive business performance.
Olivia McMackin
Communications and Operations Manager
For over a decade, Olivia has been providing expertise in strategic communications and operations management to organizations in the private sector and to provincial and federal leaders across Canada.
She has advised government Ministers, served as a communications lead with within the public and private sector, and has supported clients through complex challenges within a leading, national public relations firm. Olivia also understands, first-hand, the challenges business leaders face, having establishing a thriving first-in-Atlantic Canada retail company.
Oliva supports our clients in effectively communicating their ESG performance while also supporting the needs of our growing company.
